WellCalm was founded in Toronto, Canada with the mission to re-shape the delivery of therapeutic services by making it accessible, flexible and convenient for both our clients and therapists.

WellCalm is a hybrid community of tech and wellness professionals including over 275 registered massage therapists, chiropractors and physiotherapists.

WellCalm provides on-demand therapeutic services to our clients from the comfort of their home, office and hotel.


WellCalm connects you with a registered therapist that you can trust. All therapeutic services found on WellCalm are entirely therapeutic and professional.

Before your treatment starts:

Your therapist will be bringing a treatment table to provide your therapeutic services. Please have an open area ready for your treatment session.

On Arrival:

Your therapist will arrive on time, so please make sure you are at your home, office or hotel room for the time that you booked. In the unlikely event that your therapist is running late, you will be notified by the customer service team or the therapist directly.

Please show your therapist where you would like your treatment to take place and allow them to step outside or to another room so you can get undressed to a level that you are comfortable in privacy. Your therapist will provide you with sheets and towels which will be used to cover you during your treatment. You are required to wear your underwear at all times during your treatment. Your therapist will re-enter the room once you are ready. Requests to be inappropriately uncovered will not be tolerated by your therapist.

During Your session:

Your therapist will ask you a few simple questions and have you complete a consent and consultation form so they can tailor your treatment to your needs. 

Please make your therapist aware of any injuries, health conditions and allergies that you may have and areas of your body that you want treatment focused on. Feel free to communicate with your therapist about the pressure and if you do happen to feel any pain, please tell your therapist immediately. Please note that for deep tissue and sports massages you can incur moderate pain which will subside after 24-48 hours.

After the session:

Your therapist will leave the room to allow you 5 minutes to get dressed. After, they will re-enter to obtain your feedback which will be noted to your account.

It is advised that you have a treatment every 2 to 4 weeks to maintain a balanced mind and body. You can simply re-book your treatments via the WellCalm website, app or customer service team.

In the unlikely event your plans change and you wish to cancel your booking, the appointment cancellation policy is as follows:

The appointment cancellation policy is designed to protect the relationship between you and your therapist - we understand that plans can change quickly.

Should you make a mistake in your booking, you have a 10 minute grace period after submitting your booking where you can cancel without any charge. To qualify, you must contact the customer service team to cancel.

Booking Amendments

Booking amendments such as time and location will be subject to the above cancellation policy. You can call us on 647-966-9629 to speak with our customer service team who will handle your amendment requests.

Prices and Opening hours

All prices quoted on the booking page are subject to provincial tax, prices are final, inclusive of transportation with no hidden fees.

You can book treatments between 8am to 10 pm, 7 days a week.

How does WellCalm ensure safety?

We are selective about the registered therapists that join the WellCalm community to ensure the highest quality of service. All therapists are insured and background checked for good standing through their registered colleges.

All WellCalm registered therapists present the highest level of integrity and professionalism. In return, we expect all clients to reciprocate the same level of respect and conduct.

Why does WellCalm require Identity verification?

We want to make sure that both our clients and therapists are safe at all times. We ask all clients to verify their identity before we send our therapists to their home, office or hotel. It’s a simple one-time step, taking only a few minutes, and your information is completely secured and protected.

How do I make the payment?

All transactions on WellCalm are automated. To schedule your WellCalm therapy you need to have a valid credit card associated with your account. Your card will be charged only when your massage has been confirmed.

Can I claim Insurance with my WellCalm Treatments?

Absolutely! WellCalm only works with registered therapists. Your receipts will include your therapist’s provincial registration number which can be used when submitting a claim to your extended health insurance.

Why do I need to provide a health history form?

Therapists must have clients complete a health history form before a treatment commences.  Your health history provides your therapist with necessary information to treat you safely. You only need to complete the form once a year, even if you subsequently see other WellCalm therapists. Clients are required to update their health history information with their therapist if necessary.  

If WellCalm is not operating in my city, can I still get an appointment?

We are expanding in Canada. If we are not in your city, send us an e-mail, we would love to hear from you!

Does WellCalm offer corporate and group bookings?

Can I choose my therapist?

Yes! However, our on-demand platform cannot guarantee your therapist will be available at a given time, so it is best to book in advance.

Can I Rebook with the same therapist?

For sure! After your first treatment with any WellCalm registered therapist, you will have the option to re-book future treatment sessions with the same therapist.

do I Need any materials?

Nope! Your WellCalm registered therapist will always bring fresh linens and essentials. However, if you prefer to use your own, our therapists are happy to accommodate you. Refer to our What to Expect section for further details.

What if i need to change or cancel my booking?
